I am contacting you to partner me in ensuring that the funds lodged by
my client with a Financial and Security Institution in a secret
location here in western Europe is not confiscated and paid into the coffers
of the government as unclaimed funds because the finance company is
aware that my client and his entire family died in the Tsunami. The
Financial Institution has issued me a notice to contact and produce the next
of kin or the funds will be confiscated and paid into the government
sundry account. My proposition is to seek your consent to present you as
the "next-of-kin and beneficiary" of my late client, so that the
proceeds of this fund can be paid to you and then we can share the amount on a
mutually agreed-upon percentage. Right now, I offer you 25% for your
participation while I take 70% of the originator of this transaction. The
balance 5% will be used to settle any expenses that either of us may
incur in the course of concluding this transaction provided a sincere
inventory of expense is produced. All legal documents to substantiate
(back up) your claim as my client's next-of-kin will be provided by me as I
have all deposit documents and copies of the last will and testament in
